Refunds & cancellations

Live payments are not enabled yet. This policy describes the planned Razorpay subscription service and will apply when checkout is available.

Cancel a renewal

Cancel through your Neon Focus subscription controls when available, or email neonfocuscore@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals after provider confirmation. Paid access normally lasts until the end of the verified period. Removing the app alone does not cancel your subscription.

Payment problems and refund requests

Contact us about a duplicate payment, an unauthorized charge, or a paid service that was not delivered. Include the registered account email, payment ID, date and a short explanation. Never send an OTP, password, UPI PIN or full card details. We assess requests and any rights required by applicable law; there is no automatic refund merely for unused time.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds go through Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Razorpay and your bank or payment provider. A refunded payment may no longer provide access for its period. We do not promise a bank settlement date that we cannot control.
