Where can I download Neon Focus?

A verified Android release and its download links will appear on the home page. Google Play availability has not been announced. Do not install APKs from unrelated websites claiming to be Neon Focus.

How does the seven-day trial work?

The cloud trial uses server time and is associated with your Google account. Live billing is being tested. The internal 180-second test does not change the planned seven-day public trial.

How do I restore paid access?

When the new billing service launches, sign in with the same Google account and refresh your subscription. The server verifies the payment. A screenshot or an app-side success message is not proof of payment.

Why is an app limit or alarm not working?

Check the relevant feature, permissions, Accessibility service and Android battery settings. System updates and manufacturer restrictions may affect behaviour. Send your app version, Android version, phone model and the steps that caused the issue.

Can I request a study app?

Send its name and a screenshot or official store link. We review requested apps for the supported study catalogue.

How do I delete my data?

Clear app data to remove local records. Request cloud account deletion from your registered email. Payment records subject to legal retention and trial anti-abuse records may require separate handling. Read the Privacy Policy.
