Terms of Use

Neon Focus is a product by Neimprom for voluntary focus and study support. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Where legally required, a parent or guardian must authorize use and purchases.

Focus tools

Review your selected session length and break rules before starting Strict Mode. The app is designed to keep that commitment until the session ends. It is not a managed-device kiosk, emergency service or guarantee against distraction. Android permissions, manufacturer behaviour, app updates and system controls may affect blocking, alarms and statistics. Educational classification can be wrong; it does not establish that every allowed video or website is suitable.

Your account

Cloud accounts use Google sign-in through Supabase. Keep your Google account secure and use your own account. Do not attempt to bypass another user's access restrictions, falsify payment callbacks or misuse the service.

Trial and subscriptions

The planned production trial is seven days, measured by the server from first eligible account activation. The same account is not eligible for a new trial merely by reinstalling. After expiry, paid features require a verified subscription. Test accounts may use a clearly separated 180-second QA trial; this is not the public trial.

Planned India prices are ₹25 monthly or ₹299 yearly for the same Premium feature set. These are recurring subscriptions, not lifetime purchases. The checkout displays the final amount, billing frequency and mandate terms before you authorize payment. Live subscriptions are currently unavailable during setup and testing. No paid mandate is created solely by starting a free trial.

Cancellation and refunds

Once available, cancel future renewals from your subscription controls or contact support. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment; verified paid access ordinarily continues until its paid period ends. Refunds and disputes are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a mandate.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change as the app develops. We take reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every Android device. Keep independent copies of important study materials and do not rely on the app as your only alarm for safety-critical events. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property and contact

Neon Focus and Neimprom branding belong to their respective owner. Third-party app names identify integrations and do not imply endorsement. Contact neonfocuscore@gmail.com for support or terms questions.
